Attentive staff, cool location with shops and restaurants nearby and not very far from the T station. Clean room with ironing table, lots of towels and wall-mount coat racks. Also, front yard is lovely and there’s coffee available 24/7 at the lobby area.

Like at home! Fantastic location! The owners were very nice. They don't serve breakfast but is not needed because there are many nice coffee shops very close (one is just 1 minute walking distance) and this is perfect to discover a new place every morning. Also in the hotel they have a beautiful room where you can sit and drink free coffee or tea . Our bedroom was very cozy and the building is very beautiful and well preserved. Harvard Main Square is very close, walking distance! Also Cambridge city Center with many restaurants! If you want to go to Boston city center is also very convenient because the bus stop is very close and it brings you there in about 20 minuts! 100% recommended! Good value for money!

I was so positively surprised by this place. It is what anyone would expect from a bed & breakfast in the Northeast, USA. The staff was extremely helpful. My plane was late and I was able to coordinate the late check-in without any trouble. The room was a great size and the decoration was very homey. Rather than a modern impersonal hotel, this one is a character. Breakfast is included. Even though there is no designated living room to eat it on, you can serve yourself nice pastries, cereals, bananas, and hot drinks, either to go or to take to your room. The place that clean bathrooms ventilation and good heater. The location is GREAT. I will be back.

Fantasztikus részen, a Newbury street közepében található ez a csodás kis szálloda, ahol a stáb nagyon nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szállodában van lift, viszont a bejáratánál, illetve az épületen belül van pár lépcsőfok, ezt fontos tudni, mielőtt az ember ezt a szállást választja, de nekem ez nem volt probléma. Főleg, hogy a kijelentkezéskor egy nagyon kedves srác segített a bőröndömet levinni a lépcsőn. A szoba tökéletes rövid látogatásokra, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, ha visszatérek a városba, biztos, hogy újra ide jövök majd.

Proper choice for convenient dormitory in Boston. The hotel is near the Harvard University and Harvard Avenue railway station so it’s quite easy to travel along the city. BTW the host is easygoing and concerned for me and my luggages were safely stored for an additional day there.

it was super cozy, clean and quiet. I barely saw the other guest. the morning breakfast was always fresh and enough. The outside seating area was also a bonus. Staff was very friendly. my friend and I loved the spot. I would stay there again!

What a fabulous place! A real home from home. Never stayed anywhere like this before. A fully equipped kitchen that you can use to prepare your own meals. Wonderful comfortable chairs and sofas for relaxing. A great balcony with outdoor space overlooking a park. A lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful location near to bars and restaurants in the Brookline area of Boston near to excellent public transport routes. Amazing helpful friendly staff. Absolutely loved this place. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Boston. Just can't rate this place highly enough.
