The location was ideal for easy walking distance to Baldwin Wallace University (our reason for visiting Berea). The husband and wife team running the place clearly take great pride in providing a wonderful guest experience. The hefty comforters on the beds were very welcome as a sanctuary from the sub-zero temperatures outside. Lots of sitting area spaces in the house for cozy reading, drinking coffee, etc. And they really delivered on the Breakfast portion of the B&B experience with fine china and delicious homemade foods. Well done!

The Emerald Inn is a charming, comfortable bed and breakfast. It serves as a tea parlor and it decorated with an amazing collection of tea pots and cups. For a tea lover like me, having to choose a tea at breakfast from what appeared to be 100 different varieties of tea was a challenge. And a cooked to order breakfast, coupled with a delightfully comfortable, clean room was just what we needed on our college tour. Bravo Emerald Necklace Inn!
