Kutberk hotel is modern, has a very good location, it takes only 5 minutes to get to the sea and 7 minutes to get to the centre. My room was light , with a very comfortable bed and cute balcony, from which I could see the mountains. The swimming- pool was clean , you can sit near there , drink coffee or enjoy good atmosphere. I’m very thankful to people, who are working here. They are very friendly and they are always near here and helped me many times. I recommend this place.

Lovely place, priced well and very personal, very friendly service. Everything worked and the place is close to the center. Clean, room with enough space, free bottles of drinking water made subtropic temperatures bearable. There was actually nothing I didn't approve - and I expected that initially because the price was low.
