I booked a 3-night stay at El Cielo for me, my partner and our 4 year old. From the moment we arrived the owners, Mr and Mrs Jarrett, made us feel welcomed and comfortable - even to the point of arranging a last minute room for two extra guests who had travelled down with us. From thereon in everything was pretty much top notch - our room and bathroom, the hosting and hospitality, and the hosts' genuine desire and efforts to make our trip a wonderful one. Breakfast was divine. The food and drink served at breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful - with my partner and I opting for a hearty, traditional cooked Jamaican breakfast, and our son going for eggs, sausages, pancakes etc. - to the point that we would usually skip lunch because we were so full! Mr Jarrett would also arrange taxis for us when we needed to go out and about, and even called up to check we were okay when he hadn't heard back from us in an expected timeframe.

Portomore is the best place to stay, they have a great price and the room is very clean, and they have a big and beautiful bathroom Monica is the best host in Jamaica and the best cook You won't regret staying here ♥️

The location is great so close to all tourist attractions, night life, restaurants. a secret little gem tucked away in the middle of the city, private secure very relaxed and comfortable, all the staff are friendly and accommodating, option for breakfast with hot or cold drinks, the pool is very refreshing especially under the hot Jamaican sun , my family and I really enjoyed our stay it’s our 2nd time staying at the Labrish . Highly recommend.

A fully equipped apartment for yourself with hosts Ann and Maurice and family as kind and caring neighbours who respect privacy but also guided me to unique spots in Kingston. Place and hosts have all that is needed to check out Kingston in a very pleasant way. Fun, comfort and the laundry done!
