Even though the site mentions a shared kitchen, the room was also equiped with really good quality small kitchen appliances, so we did manage to cook a simple meal when we arrived really late at night. The cutlery and plates were spotless as well as the rest of tbe room and toilet.

We had the room with a en-suite bathroom, large window and a private terrace. The room was very comfortable, quiet and we really enjoyed the views. The breakfast was good and the staff members were very friendly. The beach is very popular but staying at the hotel allowed us to visit it in the evening, and in the morning, when we were the only people there. Skip the Viking village and head to the beach and hiking routes up in the mountains. The road is a bit bumpy but totally fine with regular car.

The rooms are seperate little boxes that are avcessible directly from the outside like in a Motel. The view from the rooms is great and they are very quiet at night. We found our room to be a bit small but spotless clean. The private toilets are also comfortable. Great positive note, they changed our towels on the 2nd morning. Overall a great stay for the price.
