Room was lovely, very well done and they had Netflix which we needed as weather was awful on arrival day. View is lovely from atop the hill and on leaving we could see the waterfall behind which would have been nice to walk to if time. Location to glacier lagoon is great, worked will for us with a glacier tour from there in the morning. Nothing really else around, had to drive about 10 min to find a place for dinner. Breakfast option at lagoon cafe.

Great location for glacier tours. The dining is fantastic. Everyone should try the grilled lamb, the best of whole Iceland. Definitely would recommend to others.

The house was spotless. It was evident that the host put a lot of time and energy into cleaning. Breakfast was fine and the host when out of her way to purchase gluten free food for my wife.
