Tom was amazing! He gave us tons of recommendations on sites to see during our stay. He was such a great host and made the stay super comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and had lovely decorations throughout the house. I would recommend this B&B to anyone travelling into the area, especially with having such a hospitable host like Tom.

Blind Gate House, bed and breakfast a Kinsale

Blind Gate House, a property with a garden and a terrace, is situated in Kinsale, 25 km from Cork City Hall, 25 km from Cork Custom House, as well as 26 km from Kent Railway Station.

There was nothing not to like about this lovely place. It is close to everything in Kinsale. Our room was beautifully laid out and spacious, every little detail had been thought of and the shower was great. Breakfast was very generous with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and 3 options of delicious cooked breakfasts on offer. Maeve the lovely host couldn't have been more kind and helpful, on one morning we had to leave early and she offered to make us breakfast to take with us. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this lovely place to stay in Kinsale.

First of all:The host John could not be nicer .The scenery is outstanding and so is his garden. The breakfast is really good!A 15 min walk up a hill from central Kinsale .Do not even consider staying elsewhere! Thank you John for a lovely stay!

The K Kinsale, bed and breakfast a Kinsale

Located in the sea side town of Kinsale, The K Kinsale offers elegant accommodation with limited free onsite parking. The property is just 5 minutes' walk from local restaurants and shops.

Room is very small. Quite tight for 2 persons. But the room is very clean and functional. Have no problem with it. The property is close to downtown, about 10 minutes walk. Owner recommended a nice restaurant for dinner. It was great. Parking is limited (4) and really only for small cars. It is also on a slope so if you are a foreigner and not used to driving a manual, it can be a bit tricky. We had a good stay. Enjoy it.
