Excellent location, beautiful view of the port and sea. Very nice host. Everything nicely prepared, clean and cosy. The two rooms have separate terraces, one protected and the other open. We also loved that there is no car traffic in the area.

Great location adjacent to the tower and a couple of minutes stroll to as beguiling a small Mediterranean Island harbour as one could hope for. Lovely enclosed garden with terrace and also a roof terrace overlooking the tower which were pleasant for breakfast etc. Communal Kitchen with dishwasher etc and basic cooking groceries. Helpful and pleasant staff who gave good recommendations for meals. We were texted ahead with instructions and where to park for free. Our triple was spacious with useful shelves and although fairly basic it was good value. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed excursions to the Apoxyomenos Statue museum in Mali Losing, Cikat Bay with a good restaurant by the votive church and the Panorama Cafe south of Mali with exhibition and superb view over Mali and the Northern Dalmatian islands for the price of a drink.

The location is perfect, has to be one of the best locations on the island. Restaurants/bars below and beach/swimming spots within 5 minutes. We arrived early with the ferry and we were able to check in before official check in time after contacting host. Breakfast was outstanding with cold meat/cheese plates/eggs and real barista made coffee offered daily which set us up for the day ahead, room was value for money. Couldn't ask for more.

Tim is a really nice host. We felt very welcome and he always made sure that we feel comfortable. The rooms were really big and we had enough space for our stuff. Also we had an aircondition, which we did not expect. The location is perfect and in the middle of the little town. You can reach everything really easily. One of the most beautiful things about the accommodation is also the terrace, where you have a nice view above Veli Lošinj. Tim always made sure there was plenty of food for breakfast and there were also two fridges which we could use, too. Late-Check-In was no problem.

The view from the balcony is just amazing. The room and the facilities were very clean and we immediately felt very comfortable and wanted to stay longer. Everyone was very friendly and I can only recommend this place.
