The Bell Inn is the meeting place for the villagers of the small village of Ducklington. We really felt at home here. The host and visitors were friendly and took their time with us. And Ducklington is a picture. We took many pictures.

We stayed at the Three Horseshoes over New Year. It is in a perfect location away from the crowds of Burford, set in beautiful countryside. The pub and rooms had just been refurbished. The rooms were really cozy and the food was excellent. We visited lots of pubs in the area and this was definitely the best. The owner and her stuff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful, we would definitely love to come back.
