The house has a lot of charm, the rooms are cosy, beautiful and well equipped. It is a very romantic property with great staff. All rooms are insulated so you are ensured privacy. Brekfast provides lots of options. There is a big living room with a fireplace to enjoy in the evenings.

Private lounge facility with the bedroom - like a suite, meant very comfortable. Substantial breakfast, all delicious. Friendly host and off road parking. Quiet with good views, but Winchelsea within walking distance.

Hosts were very welcoming and great company throughout our stay. We were provided with excellent advice for places to visit and dine. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We slept very well. And we had a view of the river from our window. The breakfast room is lovely. The breakfast menu is excellent and the food was perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Tea House. Brenda prepares a beautiful breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and all kinds of thoughtful details. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room spotless. We would definitely go back.
