Hosts were very welcoming and great company throughout our stay. We were provided with excellent advice for places to visit and dine. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We slept very well. And we had a view of the river from our window. The breakfast room is lovely. The breakfast menu is excellent and the food was perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

A spectacular setting complemented by an outstanding staff. We would also like to thank the gentleman who put out milk and juice at our table Monday morning, so that we were able to have breakfast at 6am before catching our train

The cottage is beautiful, cosy and full of character. We went during a cold weekend in December and it was toasty warm. The room was even better than we expected: the bed super comfy, the shower was great, and the whole room was full of lovely little touches like very appreciated biscuits! Brenda did so much to make our stay comfortable, we really appreciated her setting up the table for takeaway fish and chips for dinner. A perfect location for a weekend in Rye, couldn't recommend it enough!
