The Mallards is exceptional in a central but quiet position with easy access to all shops,bars etc also good road access to other areas ,Claire the Owner does everything she can to make your stay there as comfortable and pleasant as possible,her staff are lovely girls and very helpful ,The food is excellent I recommend The full English Breakfast,her lunch time Menu is good and is varied for all tastes,its best to book your lunch,.I will definetly stay again when returning to the area.thanks to all for making my stay so enjoyable.Margaret Stephenson

large room with small kitchen area stocked amply with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. everything extremely clean and well presented. great value for money
