Super friendly and accommodating staff. Made to feel so welcome. Nothing seemed like a problem. Rooms were excellent, comfortable and clean. Having a small fridge was a great addition to the room. The cooked breakfast was lovely. Very fresh and plenty to eat. Just a great base for our golf weekend. I would definitely go back there again.

There is just so much to mention but I'll just do the highlights: Amazing breakfast, tailored to your dietary requirements Great location (need a car) Huge sprawling property with beautiful gardens, that was built in 1730! Victorian decor in the house Giant victorian bathroom Fabulous host who is a great repository of local knowledge and is always forthcoming with sharing it.

Room size was great, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean. Loved the beer garden and all the food we ordered at the bar was fantastic. The breakfast meats were mediocre, but everything else, including the service and the staff was exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
