Such a nice and welcoming place! You feel the love in the details! Breakfast was excellent with more variety than most places in the same category! Just a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Gwynfa is like the best B&Bs fifty years ago. I had come to the conclusion that "they don't make 'em that way any more" – until I came to Gwynfa. It proved to be like the good old B&Bs I could find in the seventies. The landlady, Beryl Barwell, is a most sympathetic woman who keeps a well-equipped, tidy, clean guesthouse, with an excellent Welsh Breakfast. Would you imagine a landlady who kisses you goodbye after your stay? Everything in Porthmadog is within walking distance.

Spotless rooms with great shower. We left a cell phone and they located it for us and held for our return. Super nice staff. Breakfast was exceptional.
