Everything exceeded my expectations, especially Gayle and Michael. The rooms and bathroom are lovely, the bed is the most comfortable one I've slept on in my many travels in the UK (a nation that seems to have more than their fair share of hard beds..), they provide a lot of great amenities, plus, they're great cooks! In addition, since I was in foot walking the Offa's Dyke Path, Michael picked me up from and dropped me back off at my stopping point. A good B&B can make you feel that you're staying with family. Gayle and Michael make you feel like your staying with good friends, which is even better. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Absolutely lovely place, very central with great parking at the back. We stayed in the top bedroom under the roof, and despite the heat, it felt lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable, the decor was amazing with old features. Brilliant shower and bathroom, fully equipped room and a lovely enclosed yard. The owners were fantastic and very attentive. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend it. The town itself was nice to walk around too.

We enjoyed our stay. albeit for only one night. The beds were comfortable and the room spotless. The host was a lovely lady and very helpful. The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty, it also included a range of cereals, porridge and yoghurt. We will certainly return when we are next in the area!
