Was not expecting a cooked breakfast as well as the cereals etc. Property was easy to find, parking a breeze and a close to town with lots of restaurants etc. The Farmers Market was on but didn't start until 10.30am - too late when you are travelling

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly,and made me feel at home. They were helpful if I needed information and the breakfasts were great with a good selection to chose from.

Moffat Independent Hostel is a friendly, family run, luxury hostel that has been set up with the outdoor enthusiast in mind.

One of the most beautiful mansions I've ever stayed in! Hosts were fantastic! Beautiful location in residency edge of Moffat with mansions & rolling pastures & hills. The house far exceeded our expectation and made the first stay in a hostel for my family the best it could have been. I've stayed in hostels many many times on my trip around the world in '89 but this was by far the most beautiful. We will be back due to my Moffat family heritage!

The place was so well kept and beautiful. The people there were so pleasant and very helpful with everything. I would definitely come back and stay again.
