The breakfasts are lovely, with something to please anyone. Edna keeps the rooms/ensuites spotlessly clean. The location is very close to the town, but surprisingly quiet.

The Epperstone is located at the nice side of Llandudno, in a street with Victorian houses, and close to the beach on the west side of the place. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed the sunsets. The breakfast very good, the room was furnished on a calm and elegant style. The hosts were open en caring; we had very good conversations. They also made sure that our e-bikes were stored well. The garden is beautiful. Many thanks.

Sunnycroft is the perfect base for exploring the area. It is close to the train station, the main sights and the city centre. The rooms were exceptionally clean and you can see the love and care the owners put in to choose the interior throughout the hotel. It is a family-run business so as a guest you are treated as family. The service and the breakfast were also very good.

The property was lovely! Very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, shopping and attractions. Lovely front patio with beautiful flowers and plants. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning with lots of selection. Mandy and Dave were the perfect hosts. We highly recommend this property.
