It was raining when we arrived at the ferry landing, so we were grateful that our lodging was just a block away. Accommodations were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the wifi worked well for us. Big picture windows gave us a view of the bay. Continental breakfast was very good, with fruit and yogurt and granola and other cereals, large scones with butter and jam, juice, and tea and coffee. The host was quite friendly and helpful.

Had booked for the standard pod with 3 beds originally, but got a generous upgrade for the ensuite one as the camp was mostly empty at this time of the year. Luxury cosy accommodation, very appreciable especially under the forceful wind and rain! Full cooking facilities, all-equipped bathroom, high-quality materials, wifi and bluetooth speakers integrated into the roof, smooth design and colours, beautiful and peaceful view and some privacy space outside, fairly clean and new looking camp (pods) site, nice and helpful warden.

The property is really beautiful with gorgeous furnishings. Our room was a great size and really comfortable. 5.30pm happy hour in the lounge for guests. Cooked breakfast is made to order and was plentiful! Easy walk to the Nunnery, Abbey and beaches. Richard was a great host and made us feel very welcomed.

Location could not be more convenient: literally just twenty seconds' walk from the ferry terminal. So quiet and tranquil; the silence was deafening ! Very nice gift shop attached to the hotel, run also by the manager(ess) of the hotel. Breakfast was a very convivial, almost family affair, providing an opportunity to share travel experiences with other guests.

the location was lovely. I was given the best pod facing the hills and very private. it was blissfully quiet. the pods were very well equipped which I liked microwave, small fridge, kettle and washing machines for your dirty laundry in the shared room. so great!. and a vending machine offering water, porridge bags etc.. in case you forgot the basics. I would definitely come back.
