Absolutely everything, George is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are completely satisfied. On arrival we were greeted by George at the front door, he organised our parking permit just outside his home for 3 days, showed us to our room and amenities which had everything even down to new toothbrushes, deodorant, a razor, makeup remover and much more. We couldn't believe that in the bedroom there was also a bottle of prosseco and beer in the wine bucket for us to enjoy. The bedroom and bathroom and very hot shower were just amazing and spotlessly clean! The bed and pillows were just so very comfortable. We had the best 3 nights stay at Park View. There was nothing that we wanted for from the huge English breakfast with fresh juices, cereals , toast, jams, and fresh fruit, which included avocado and yoghurt every day. George told us of places to visit from cafes to the best pub and also offered to book Sergio's Italian restaurant if we would like to go. The best host and the best B&B we have ever stayed in and the biggest breakfast, which was divine and kept us full all day! Thanks so much, George. we look forward to the time we can return to visit you and Chester again.

Everything. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The bed comfortable. It is close to Chester and a bus runs almost to the door. It ran conveniently every day. Its a quaint place and quite accommodating. I will use again

It's a classic, three rooms over a sedate Pub. The room was eclectic and cozy. The owner Martin was warm and gracious. The pub serverd a great steak and the continental breakfast really set me up for the day. I like small hotels and pubs with rooms.

Wow! If you are looking at this thinking it's a bit cheap so there must be something wrong with it, you are mistaken! This is a beautiful stay, great for single travellers or couples. Situated on Watergate, short walk to shops, bars and nightlife. Beautifully furnished, you share a kitchen , lounge and bathroom but the rooms are large and decorated to a high spec. The beds are so comfy, I would rate them 5 star if I could and Sharon the host is so welcoming. It has Sky TV, a whole kitchen if you want to cook and a coffee maker in the room ! Was truly amazed. You can spend twice as much for a worse hotel room. Great location, super host and a quiet comfortable night sleep.

One of the very best bed and breakfast breaks we have had. We were so well looked after - thoroughly spoiled! Cotton Farm is quiet and peaceful. The house is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, our hosts were friendly and so helpful, and the breakfasts a real treat. We hardly touched the sherry! We have already recommended Cotton Farm to friends and very much hope to return sometime.
