From the moment we arrived and found our names on a dedicated parking space, we were impressed and felt welcome. The receptionist was equally welcoming and helped us with luggage to our room as well as organizing a table for dinner and accommodating our dog. The location of the hotel is excellent on the main street of the delightful city. Access to parkland is easy for walking the dog as well as the Bala Lake and narrow gauge railway. We will be back!

The Inn, people there, the room, food etc were all extremely good. I would recommend this property to any traveller.

Booked for a few days over Christmas so we could celebrate Christmas Day with our friends in the local pub (The Bryn) and the pictures on here do not do it justice. It’s a gorgeous room, immaculate, kettle, fridge, microwave, plates etc. The owners were absolutely lovely. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely few days.

Lovely host, clean house, not just the room, brand new bathroom with window, large clean soft quality towels with Lenor fragrance, nice view toward the field, plenty place to park, safe location, I will go back
