Super seaside stop off on our way through Wales. Linda was the perfect host. Top class accomodation. Absolutely delicious 5 star cooked-to-order breakfasts. Not to be missed!

The breakfast was so delicious. We have tried the British breakfast first time and liked so much. Our room was a little small but it was comfortable. Everything was so clean and nice decorated.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. The views over the bay were stunning. The best was our delicious breakfast, being served to our room every morning. There was also a vegetarian alternative on offer! We would definitely recommend this B&B. Also the position is ideal. We didn't move the car from the free parking lot for the 1st 2 days. The nearby restaurants were serving excellent food.

Absolutely fabulous, will be back and recommending… never had a sea view room but our room was lovely , food was amazing and staff were delightful, friendly and literally couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect

Really liked continental breakfast…coffee and chocolate croissants were great and free.the bathtub was excellent for sore golfing muscles.view was excellent.

It was a wonderful holiday in Tywyn. Superb location close to Tallyllyn railway, St Cadfans church, the rail station and small shops of all kinds. Beautiful landscape. Good value of the money.

Good central location to the main attractions. Friendly owners and feels like home. You will need to go a long way to find the local shopping areas for food. So keep some parcel. I got free parking and the morning view to the mountains is stunning. Missing it would be a nightmare. Good size room, bit dated but good size, comfortable and clean with an outside lavatory. Would stay again.
