This B&B is a 5-10 minute walk from INSEAD. The breakfast is around one large table in the living room of the house. It's very personal and cute. The large room is also the office, and there was a friendly old dog napping in the corner. The breakfast was delicious! Fresh croissants and baguettes, cheeses and home-made jams. My room was large, with a nice bathroom and comfortable, big bed. The sound insulation towards the street is great. You hear the upstairs guests more than the outside. The host family is very friendly, and Perrine will help you with taxis or other needs. There is a pool in the back yard which is being upgraded with some sauna and spa facilities.

Booked to accommodate my parents who were coming to Fontainebleau for my graduation. Perfect location superd close to the park and the city center. Apartment furnished with taste and very fancy building. Very very clean, and good breakfast. 100% recommended.

Ludwig, his sister and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast and dinner quality were superb. Other great restaurants very near by and so close to many tourist sites. The town is out of a fairytale. Stay here! You will love it!
