Carole and the Clos were fabulous. Perfect location on a quiet street, about a seven-minute walk from the heart of Bayeux. Room was delightful, with a beautiful view of the back lawn, and the washroom was large and well-equipped. Downstairs common room with beverages and a chance to socialize. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, and Carole was a fount of information and advice on places to visit and, especially, eat. Highly recommended.

Location is a few steps away from Bayeux Tapestry museum and many good restaurants (try to book in advance as they have good business!) You will feel closer to the the local community and very comfortable here.

We so enjoyed our stay with you. The check-in process was quick and everyone settled into their rooms then we went our walking around the city. The location is great because it is quiet but so easy to walk to everything. We slept well in the comfortable rooms and the breakfast is in the morning which was so delicious. Your suggestions for things to do were a great addition to our itinerary.
