We really enjoyed our stay there. Make sure you book a table in their restaurant! There is a nearby dog walk just near the hotel. They do not do breakfast but there is a lovely little bakery 50 ft from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is excellent but make sure you order a meat dish. This is what they excel at.

Nice room, nice place, great surroundings. The man from the hotel brought me back to the station after my visit so I didn't have to walk 40 minutes with all my luggage. Recommended!

Quiet, self-contained lower ground floor apartment (on a slope, and so it has direct outdoor space) which has been furnished very nicely and well equipped with kitchen equipment including a drip-coffee maker. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Stephen and Edith were super-helpful and very prompt in replying to our questions prior to the trip with local recommendations, travel advice etc - many thanks for your kind hospitality.

Stephan and Edith made us feel very welcome and also provided milk, cereals, teas and coffees as well as a range of toiletries. The location is beautiful, quiet, yet just a few miles from the motorway - an ideal overnight stay for our journey back from Italy. The photographs don’t do it justice - it really is far more beautiful than it appears on the Booking site. We will definitely return!
