Very kind and accommodating receptionist who went out of her way to provide us with a last-minute meal as we hadn't found anywhere we could eat that night. Warm, cosy room with comfortable beds and tea-making facilities. Even though shared, the bathrooms were very clean.

Beautiful view from both the room and the veranda 4th floor. Wonderful staff. Contactless check-in. Everything is very modern and beautiful! Large room, balcony. It's being run by a family since last century. It's located between Interlaken and Lucern, so if you are traveling by your car, you would be able to see a lot of places in a short time. The hotel provides the cable lift card free of charge (included into the hotel price) fir the Duration of your stay, so you can explore all the attractions in the resort. The room was clean and of adequate size. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. There is a big kids playroom with plenty of facilities. We really liked our stay there. Good value for money.
