The rooms were impeccably decorated romantic renaissance décor. The bed was incredibly comfy and heated for weary bones. The bathroom was immaculate and clean. Location was ideal for exploring that particularly historic section of Hobart. A well rounded breakfast that included smoked salmon, hot and cold breakfast items. Very complete.

We were very surprised to learn that Nina was from our country of residence. She was very welcoming and answered all of the questions we had about the town, culture, and near-by activities. What an amazing stay! Located in Battery Point, this accomodation was close to everything Hobart has to offer - Salamanca, the CBD, the Wharf. It was large, spacious, modern and clean. We particularly liked the comfortable bed, and the beautiful garden.

Finnview House was amazing. We stayed here over Christmas and felt so at home. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The view is fabulous, the location is great however I would note a car is best to get around. Parking is available onsite. Excellent amenities including a coffee machine which we loved. Perfect for a short stay. Utensils and all cooking supplies are provided. There is also a washing machine which is great when you are travelling! We especially loved the homemade brownies that were provided, they were delicious! The beds were super comfortable including the sofa bed which was easily pulled out for night time. As we were staying over Christmas Dom went to the effort of decorating the place for us and even provided Christmas gifts. It was the perfect cure for homesickness! Thank you so much for an excellent stay, we highly recommend!

The bar downstairs is incredible. The tap list is on point with some of the latest and best brews from across the country but also included some local brews which was great. It was evident that it was good since there seemed to be a lot of regular locals paying it a visit too.
