Mary cares for her guests as for the family. The house is full of history and artifacts, the food is delicious, and the beds are comfy with a special touch of laced bedsheets. You can get help with your travel plans or special wishes, learn about the culture, or listen to a piano play by the host or her mother. Haghpat monastery is a short walk away, so you can choose to see it at different moments of the day. It is well worth it to ask the host to cook dinner and to enjoy homemade Armenian cuisine. My husband is on a special diet and by Mary he had an opportunity to try traditional dishes adjusted for his needs.

This is a family hotel with the comfortable room and just amazing view. Hosts are super hospitable couple, who makes you feel at home. The breakfast was very good. Room was clean and specious. There is parking place in the yard. Haghpat monastery is in walking distance. I highly recommend this place!

It is nice family run place in a beautiful village, with a view to the mountain, surrounded by a garden. It is a few minutes walk to the monastery and a little shop, the road where you can take a minibus to Alaverdi is just behind the house, the taxi was also cheap (3 euro to Alaverdi). The family took great care to make us comfortable. The rooms are new, well-equipped kitchen available to use. Breakfast with local and homemade products was delicious.

5-8 minutes walking distance to Sanahin Monastery.Very pleasant time spent in this lovely yard with honest owner. Hope we could have more time to live there.

Perfect location in a historical house just next to the Sanahin Monastery. The hosts are a very friendly family and they make sure their guests feel comfortable and happy. They helped me to arrange taxis to all the monasteries located in the vicinity. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Very cozy place,beautiful house and great facilities. But the owner and her daughter are very pleasant people, they created a marvelous atmosphere there and we felt as if we’re at home. Moreover,they helped us to organize birthday party and it was wonderful!!!
