The apartment is new and in city center o Funchal Where you can find all good atraction of Madeira just by fill minutes city walk. The light and ventilation in the partment is great. If you like to be in city center but no high noise this place is for you. Also if you are tall and have problems to find comfortable beds to sleep and showers with right high too you, you gonna find in this apartment.

Great apartment with everything you need. It has a huge balcony with remarkable views. Infinity pool is amazing! It’s a little too far from the center but you are getting amazing panoramic views.

Casal da Penha Apartments býður upp á gistirými í innan við 600 metra fjarlægð frá miðbæ Funchal, með ókeypis WiFi og eldhúskrók með örbylgjuofni, brauðrist og ísskáp. Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend visiting the Restaurante Casal da Penha, dinner was the best eaten on the island, was definitely worth every cent. Host hospitality made you feel like home.

Fort Bay Suite Apartments er staðsett í innan við 200 metra fjarlægð frá Sao Roque-ströndinni og 300 metra frá Banda d'Alem-ströndinni. Beautifully renovated apartment right in the center of Machico. While Machiko is not a touristy destination it's a perfect place to stay if you want to access several hikes in the area and we loved getting the local flavor of the town which is much less touristy than Funchal. The apartment was perfect in the best location one block from the water with lots of restaurants within a block, including a delicious coffee shop across the street. Completely new and clean. Everything was thought of down to the last detail, including a care package of local goodies. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I initially was concerned about comments regarding construction, but while there was some construction the noise did not bother us at all.

Gististaðurinn er við ströndina og er með verönd. • decorated nicely and modern, • accomodation was clean, • clean and warm swimming pool, • the landlord was very nice, • we definitely recommend this accommodation,

CASA CAROTO er staðsett í Porto Moniz, aðeins 4,6 km frá Porto Moniz-náttúrusundlaugunum og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Beautiful view. Owned by locals who gave us great advice about the area. Isabel is very kind and helpful. Beautiful farming area with lots of hiking trails nearby, but also a short drive to the amazing ocean baths in town.

Social Lodge - Happiness er staðsett í Funchal, 1,3 km frá Almirante Reis-ströndinni og 300 metra frá miðbænum. Boðið er upp á loftkæld gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og verönd. Excellent stay!! Location: perfect. 2 min from airport bus stop and la vie mall which has Pingo Doche supermarket . 1 min to SAM bus terminal. As we didn’t rent a car, it was perfect taking bus to places we wanted ( or transport pick up services to hiking)5 min to promenade and 15 min to old town. Unit 3A: our unit is big and kitchen has everything we need that we cooked most of our meals during our 8 days stay. Bring all herbs/oil/salt/pepper with you if you don’t want to buy at supermarket. There are 3 dolce gusto capsules and 3 tea bags. Dish detergent/capsules and shower gels. Extra towels and bedsheets in the closet in case we needed them. There is a car/motercycle rental next door if you want to rent a car. Communication is perfect with whatsapp and instructions via video. Overall we had a great stay and wish we could stay longer!

The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

Great location. Spacious studio in newly renovated building. Good sound isolation! I was in March so no AC was not an issue for me, not sure how it would go during summer. Washing and drying machine is a great touch!
