15 km from Paradise Valley Springs, Fairway Cottages is a recently renovated property set in Rotorua and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Loved the location overlooking the golf course. Quiet, beautiful. Cottage was amazing. Lovely layout and beautiful modern facilities. Would go there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Lyn was an excellent host and very accommodating.

The room is big and very private. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and all the linen and towels are excellent. It even has complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits. The hosts are super friendly and responsive. They were there to welcome me, show me the place and help with any questions.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Shearer's Quarters is situated in Rotorua. The property features lake and garden views, and is 9.4 km from Tikitere - Hell's Gate Thermal Park. We felt peace immediately on entering the apartment. It was impeccably clean and the owners have clearly put a lot of love, care, money etc into it. For example, shower is large, heated towel rack, good pots and pans. Utensil draws were a work of art. We have a very high bar and are a senior couple, and the Shearers Quarters met that bar and more. We would stay again without any hesitation at all. Parking was easy. Host organized and responsive. Access organized. Linens great. Couch very comfortable. Milk in fridge. We took our shoes off and would recommend others do same. Location is nice and quiet with views of horses and the lake, and at the same time an easy short drive from town, redwoods etc. Kudos to you Pam. All in all a great stay! Warm thx. Jules

Modest comfortable relaxed home away from home is situated in Rotorua, 8.4 km from Paradise Valley Springs, 18 km from Buried Village, and 19 km from Tikitere - Hell's Gate Thermal Park. We love everything about this home. The check-in was smooth. The owner is easily-contactable although we did not get a chance to meet him in person as we were always in a rush. We had homemade, warm bread and butter for our breakfast, which tasted great! We had a wonderful time there and will definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to Rotorua.
