An oven, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Peaceful 4-night stay in Svalbard. I was concerned about noise from the bar downstairs based on other guests comments but there was no music on at night during our stay. luckily we got the apartment on the top floor and really enjoyed the roof window in the bedroom. comfortable beds. decent wifi speed. Co-op and shopping mall next door. all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I left my backpack on the tour bus and front desk staff helped me get it back right away. really appreciated. we would definitely return to the lodge in the future.

The breakfast was excellent. Wide variety, all freshly made. Really enjoyed the scrambled eggs with the homemade flatbread. Staff offered to make daily specials and very friendly. Great location to everything within walking distance. All staff provided great service and helped with any question.

Elena was really friendly and accommodating. The flat was really clean and there was enough food that we could have breakfast there each morning. Great bonus was the baked treats as well.

The room was extremely spacious, with ample heating, very clean and warm, and the kitchen facilities were very comprehensive. The view outside the window was also very nice. Elena was very friendly, provided us with useful advice, and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The apartment was a bit of a distance from the center of Longyearbyen, but it was still convenient to walk, taking just over 10 minutes, as Longyearbyen is quite small to begin with.

A great apartment, comfortable and plenty of space for us to spread out after our sailing expedition. Kitchen seemed well equipped, we didn't cook. Nice big bathtub and plenty of hot water.

We loved staying at Haugen Pensjonat. We were with a group of students and stayed in one of the apartments. Elena is very friendly and helpful! Apartment is a good size for 4-5 people with a great kitchen and bathroom. It is also nice to have a washer and dryer. The apartment is located 5-7 mins from the center of town. Perfect location! Excellent stay!

Gorgeous little apartment that is nicer than even the photos suggest. Fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook and really "live" there. Fantastic location above Svalbar pub which is on the main street, so minutes walk from supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and close to museums and other sightseeing.
