"Please note the below child policy: For Superior Suite - children under the age of 12 are not allowed .Driver Accommodation is not available at our property. This is by far the best stays I have ever had. We were a party of four (two couples) and had opted for the sea facing family villa which huge and private. The beach, the cliff and the pool- everything was picture perfect. A special call out to the exceptional staff who made our stay so comfortable- Housekeeping: Hemantha/ Damith Butlers: Sandun/ Deen/ Praneeth Kitchen: Shan/ Kaveen Front Office: Tharaka If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed, romantic and luxurious stay by the ocean I would highly recommend this place.

Prianta is very welcoming. He showed me around the area the day I arrived and it was very helpful. The food is amazing. Some different kind of local curry I had never tried. I got put on the bus I needed when leaving. No stress to find it by myself. I recommend and would go back again ! Thank you so much for everything

Great cozy room with private bathroom. The house is very close to the beach, where you can swim with turtles. Calm neighborhood! The owner is very kind, and we had a nice time there! I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Mirissa. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my stay was the host, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Mirissa.

Very good place. With a view to the wild and not far from the ocean. Very spacious and everything we needed was provided by wonderful hosts. Near the main road but quite enough to spend some time away from noise.

The room was spacious, clean and freshly renovated. Air con was brand new, extra large bed extremely comfortable and water pressure was amazing too so morning showers were a bliss. The best room we stayed in our whole trip. Hotel is located off the beaten path so there was no street noise whatsoever. Mr Kumar organised our scooters from next door agent so we could move around the area freely. He also helped us with whale tour and getting a taxi to the airport at very reasonable price. Amazing stay! Wish we knew about this hidden jem sooner. A must stay!

The place is very cozy and calm, just by the sea. It has kind of a private beach, which is perfect if you want to be away from people, yet on the beach. Facilities are really nice as well designed. The host is great, very helpful & chill, he can arrange scooter, he is a surfing instructor himself, he can arrange whatever you ask him.
