Our stayed at serene villa was perfect. The rooms were spacious and really clean, beautiful swimming pool. The personal was really helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Just 2 min walking from the beach

PASSIONFRUIT HOMESTAY features a balcony and is located in Matara, within just 500 metres of Madiha Beach and less than 1 km of Polhena Beach. A hidden pearl in Madhia. We have so much positive to say about this place. First of all, the host Priyantha and his family took such good care of us, always making sure we were good. Priyantha often said “If you’re happy I’m happy, if you’re not happy I’m not happy”. And we really want to emphasize how amazing the food we got served here was! We’ve been in Sri Lanka for a while now, and no this is by far the best local food we’ve had..!! The rooms are also very nice and fresh, and they also have a great roof top! Thank you for now, we are really looking forward to coming back to this place:)

Located in Matara with Madiha Beach and Kamburugamuwa Beach nearby, The Window provides accommodation with free private parking. Great cozy room with private bathroom. The house is very close to the beach, where you can swim with turtles. Calm neighborhood! The owner is very kind, and we had a nice time there! Loved the papaya juice with ice cream! Extremely kind hosts, place was great, it’s a very good deal for the area if travelling on a budget. Owners were very nice and hospitable, place is very quiet.

Situated in Weligama, 200 metres from Weligama Beach, KUMA'S HOTEL features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a bar. We stayed there for few night but wished it was more. The room was spacious, clean and freshly renovated. Air con was brand new, extra large bed extremely comfortable and water pressure was amazing too so morning showers were a bliss. The best room we stayed in our whole trip. Hotel is located off the beaten path so there was no street noise whatsoever. Mr Kumar organised our scooters from next door agent so we could move around the area freely. He also helped us with whale tour and getting a taxi to the airport at very reasonable price. Amazing stay! Wish we knew about this hidden jem sooner. A must stay!

The place is very cozy and calm, just by the sea. It has kind of a private beach, which is perfect if you want to be away from people, yet on the beach. Facilities are really nice as well designed. The host is great, very helpful & chill, he can arrange scooter, he is a surfing instructor himself, he can arrange whatever you ask him.
