The room had a fully-equipped kitchen, which meant we could cook some of our own meals. This reduced our vacation costs since restaurants in Iceland are quite expensive. Groceries, on the other hand, are in line with what we pay in Canada.

It's a charming and welcoming place, exactly as shown at the pictures and as described. Clean, lovely furnishings and a great location close to everything. Even if you're without a car, the main pickup spot for almost every Tour is just 500m walk away. Also at least two supermarkets are just around the corner, main shopping street about 3min to walk, and a lovely view at the mountains. We would definetly stay here again! 👍

Boasting mountain views, Blue Viking Apartments Reykjavik offers accommodation with a balcony, around 1.5 km from Solfar Sun Voyager. Stayed with my wife and my niece for 2 nights. Very new, nice, modern, clean, spacious, … apartment. The heating system is very sophisticated (I felt the heat is from the floor) which makes it very comfortable in a cool winter day. We joined a northern light tour and so great that the apartment is just a few steps from the pickup/drop off point-Bus Stop#15. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

In the Reykjavík 101 district of Reykjavík, close to Hallgrímskirkja Church, 46heima Boutique Apartments features free WiFi and a washing machine. The apartment was in an ideal location, right in the middle of Reykjavik and close to all the attractions. However it’s wasn’t noisy. Inside it was cozy and warm and well equipped. The shower was hot and powerful and the locally sourced toiletries were lovely. The complementary fruit and premium chocolate was well appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

The space was comfortable and well-located. Lots of places to see and eat within walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy.
