Very nice spa, warm pool and baby pool with bubbles area. Spacious villa with a fire place. Pine forest near the hotel and very calm area.

Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

Muy profesional nos explicó el funcionamiento también del spa, del cual disfrutamos de forma gratuita en la tarde. El estudio era muy cómodo, funcional, con una pequeña terraza, que si el tiempo lo permitía se podia disfrutar en las comidas. Limpio y muy acogedor, con mantitas para el sofá. Cocina con todo el menaje. Volvería sin duda

El Infinity Boutique Apartments se encuentra en Bansko, a 400 metros de la iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad, y ofrece vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, en un lugar muy tranquilo y a cinco minutos andando del centro. El jardín lleno de rosas perfumaba todo el edificio y hacia la estancia más agradable.

Very friendly couple in charge of the place. It's a part of a complex, they own few of the rooms. The did everything to make our stay perfect. Great location - five minutes walking from the lift. Very spacious, clean, with all the facilities you may need for your stay (the little touch with the coffee machine was just spot on). The large balcony is the best feature, the views from there are incredible. Last but not least, the hosts were more than brilliant. Extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks for the excellent time :)

Este hotel se encuentra a solo 3 minutos a pie de la estación de esquí y ofrece departamentos independientes con suelo de madera. Es una base perfecta para esquiar en las montañas de Pirin. Amazing place with sweet and accomodating people. I traveled with my mom who is 75 and has reduced mobility - everyone was super attentive and considerate. The hotel is not as busy in the summer and the staff is reduced - they still managed to do an outstanding job.
