Very nice spa, warm pool and baby pool with bubbles area. Spacious villa with a fire place. Pine forest near the hotel and very calm area.

The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

Very spacious, clean, with all the facilities you may need for your stay (the little touch with the coffee machine was just spot on). Dette hotel ligger blot 3 minutters gang fra skistationen og tilbyder selvstændige lejligheder med trægulv. Det er en perfekt base for skiløb i Pirin-bjergene. Amazing place with sweet and accomodating people. I traveled with my mom who is 75 and has reduced mobility - everyone was super attentive and considerate. The hotel is not as busy in the summer and the staff is reduced - they still managed to do an outstanding job.
