All what you need to stay scuh as refrigerator, microwave, cooking tools, and tableware are provided. There is also a shared laundry for guests. The room and the facilities are so clean and well-maintained, including kicthen, bathroom and bedroom. It really shows that the host takes great care of the apartment. The location is a 10 minute walk from the city center where there are restaurants and bars, safe and convenient. Highly recommended for travelers staying for multiple days.

You will absolutely NOT find a better host than Damien — accessible, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and an excellent communicator. The entire time I felt like I was staying at a mates place. Supermarket is nearby, neighbourhood is spectacularly safe and easy to navigate — clean, quiet, well appointed, an absolute treasure; I cannot fault a thing, down to a full bowl of fruit; water and juice in the fridge and coffee/mate on the shelf — unreal! Goes without saying everything you’d expect — air conditioning, security entrance, car park, shower head that drowns you in hot water, towels, amenities like a cooktop/oven, kettle, coffee maker, clean, bright, well maintained; I could go on.
