They sent me an access key code before my arrival, I could walk right into the building without having to wake the desk clerk. Perfect postion/location. Clean and a brand new apartment house, no keys required (PIN code only).

Nice apartment, very well equipped, wonderful furniture and good to reach by car. We had a great stay in Świnoujście for three nights and loved the short ways to the city center and to the beach. Very easy to access the apartment with a code and more than friendly host :-)

    I like the idea of renting whole apartment. Many shops and train in nearby locations. Good that in flat there were many necessary facilities and convenient check in and check out.

    I cannot rate apartment listed, as Baltic-Apartments relocate my guests into a different location. As my stay was in the studio flat apartment next door, I can say that apartment is in a perfect location, 15 min walk to the sea one direction , less than 10 to the city centre the other direction. Street with free parking, 1 min walk from the location so no worries about the car park. Grocery shops and fantastic restaurants near by (between 1 to 5 min walk).

    Very good location - at a stone's throw from the ferry and about 15 minutes walk to the Świnoujście Centrum railway station where the UBB (Usedom Bäderbahn) runs services on all the lines on the island. The modern apartment (5/43) is equipped with everything you need. The comfortable sofa in the living room allows you to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

    Nice new apartment with almost everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is excellent, you can directly see harbor and ships of all kinds directly from the balcony. The flat is close to the city center and not far away from the beach. The parking place (although paid) is a good addition to all of this and I highly recommend to have one.
