We liked very much our stay in this appartment. It was like on the pictures, even better. It,s large very cozy, has a big TV and air conditioner in every room. There was a swiming pool on the 11 floor and we could enjoy excellent views of Colombo. Apparment owner was very kind, pleasent and caring. He was so kind to drive us to bus station to go to Candy. We are very greatfull to him.

This property was the last stop for our trip and we enjoyed it very much. An apartment with all the facilities available at your disposal is very rare these days (for the price). Spacious living room as well as dining area and the bedrooms were cozy. Kitchen area had no flaws, with crockeries & cutleries enough for a family. The whole family enjoyed their stay and the owner was even flexible to extend for a half-day (on a short notice) and it was a life saver.

Modern apartment, beautifully furnished, wonderful view from the balcony, gym and swimming pool, on-site shop, security. But what we liked most was that there was a wonderful and extremely helpful person in the apartment (the apartment manager) who was extremely nice to us and took great care of us.
