The size of the residence surprised me. The bedroom appears spacious despite having four queen beds arranged in a row. The residence can accommodate seven bags in total, yet there is still room for us to roam around. There's a separate bathroom and one toilet. A balcony where clean laundry and towels can air dry because the washer only has an air dry setting. There are plenty fresh towels, toiletries, and basic amenities in the house. The directions are easy to understand and follow for both getting to the residence and gathering the keys. The residence is 15 minutes by train from Umeda and one train stop from Shinsaibashi.

Had an excellent experience at this hotel! The check-in process was seamless, and the room was surprisingly spacious. They provided all the basic toiletries needed. Checking out was a breeze, and the location is fantastic—quiet yet conveniently close to Kuromon Market, subway stations, and shopping areas (8-15mins walk), with Dotonbori just a 15-20 minute walk away.

Washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus and mini kitchenette - small, compact but perfect for a short stay in Osaka.

The futon was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. The area was also very quiet, which was a plus. However, the place was a bit tricky to find, so I highly recommend watching the guide video they provide. I think we will book here again. The stay was very affordable, and we were completely satisfied.

Clean, spacious, no strange smell and very well managed, I enjoyed the stay very much and the location is awesome: park, beautiful river, big supermarket, convenience stores and train stations (to Osaka or Kyoto) are all within 5-min walk! Also, walking to Osaka Castle or Tenmabashi shopping street is easy. I will definitely choose yksi apartment when I come to Osaka next time.Lin BoSolo traveller
