I recently had the pleasure of staying at this excellent property right on the beach, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The highlight of this property is its convenient location. He went above and beyond to ensure that all guests felt welcomed and comfortable during their stay. Sam's knowledge about Goa Tourism was exceptional, and he was always ready to provide valuable insights and recommendations on the best places to visit and things to do in the area. This nearby breakfast spot was a perfect way to start my day, with a variety of tasty options. I loved this place. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and was extremely clean. Plenty of options to eat nearby and the beach is 15-20 mins away. It's a perfect place to just chill and experience the Goa vibe. The breakfast served at the property was delicious and they even provide lunch/dinner at extra prices. Naythen and his wife are extremely friendly and always available for help.

We had requested for the early check in. Host not only honoured our request but also provided us an upgrade. Host was already present at the apartment when we reached there. Host also helped us with the list of nearby amenities and facilities. Host always responded promptly and was helpful and courteous.

The host Sam is really accommodating! Great service. He was always a text away for whatever you need. Very hygienic and well maintained. Walk away from the beach, Pool access and great property.

The stay was excellent,it was like a well furnished 1 Bhk( well equipped kitchen, watching machine,fridge ,iron box) extremely comfortable The owner was in touch with me throughout the stay and made it really comfortable and made sure everything was in place. location wise it's a great place to stay in both for short and long term stay,all the major famous restaurants and cafes are very nearby ( a very amazing German bakery is just downstairs and another cafe too). Beaches are also nearby u can either walk to it or rent a bike. I would definitely recommend this place to either solo travelers or to group or friends or family. The manager (Vijay I believe) and all staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with organising bike rental etc. The apartment itself was very clean and powerful shower. the pool was also very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for work purposes. There are restaurants and beach within walking distance.
