The hut is very comfy and beautifully furnished. The bed is comfortable and the place is warm. The host is super friendly and provided us with lots of helpful information. The location is walking distance to the beach and a 10-minute drive to Carlingford. The place is dog friendly and our French bulldog approved! We will definitely return in the summer!

After doing a lot of hotel breaks we decided on a self catering cottage. An Bothan cottage sounded ideal for what we were looking for - it didn't disappoint!! A gorgeous quaint wee cottage that had modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Catriona the owner had even left us freshly baked wheaten bread and marmalade which was a lovely treat. We adored staying here and will definitely be returning soon.
