Though I didn't take advantage of the spa or breakfast delivery, the touches were refined, keyless entries and rooms efficiency unlocked with room key. Soft and warm bedding, windows that allow light morning and sunset. Smart kitchen for making a meal or a light snack. The water pressure is soft and relaxing, for a spa like shower. The staff speaks both English and Hungarian, so can offer many highlights.

The property is situated in a very quiet and safe road with parking availability. Local shops around. The owner is very responsive, always helpful, paying attention to every single detail. Great sound isolation between rooms and also from outside. Clean modern rooms, comfortable mattresses, many pillows on the bed, also a lot of fresh towels and nice bed linen. Staff is very polite and they speak english very well. They gave us all needed informations. Tasty breakfast and nice space in the lobby. Parking in front of the hotel is for 8 cars, but just behind the hotel is also hotel parking with video surveillance. It is good for a longer stay because equiped kitchen. Everything is in walking distance, 5min walk to the main square If we come to Pecs again we are staying in R73. Keep up with the good work!

We liked everything about the place! It was very tidy and well-organized, with many thoughtful touches -- our hostess clearly was thinking about her guests' comfort and enjoyment. Her restaurant and entertainment recommendations were welcome and useful, we very much liked walking to them in hilly Pécs. This was one of our best experiences with vacation accommodations anywhere!

Presso Pécs is such a fantastic little apartment in the heart of Pécs. I had a wonderful 2 day stay there. It is literally a one minute walk from the main square, down a quiet pedestrian street. The owners have been just so welcoming. Communication prior to the stay was excellent. The apartment is beautifully furnished throughout and in perfect condition, very clean too. It is lovely and modern and well equipped with everything you need. It is in the corner of a quiet, secure courtyard. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment quiet so I slept very well. The wifi is reliable, there is a TV with lots of channels, a lovely Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. There is also air con (which I didn’t need despite it being summer) and I loved the little board in the kitchen with suggestions of where to eat etc. If you’re single, a couple (even with a baby in a travel cot), this is a lovely place to stay! Everything was just like in the photos! Truly perfect.

The apartment is newly renovated and communication with the landlord was easy and clear. We stayed for one night over weekend so there was free parking in front of the building ( only during weekends as far as I understand ). I can recommend the apartment for short stay only - see negatives.
