Location was great,close to shop,cafe,pubs. Decor in apartment was lovely,kitchen had everything you would need for cooking a meal,also had a washing machine which was great. We loved staying at the Wee Den. Beautifully positioned in a garden, surrounded by bird song. The den was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed. Bruce was very helpful and we were even able to add on another night when we decided to stay a day longer. We loved the fact that continental breakfast was provided, plus toiletries and snacks. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in Scotland.

The highlights were definitely the own sauna in the bathroom and the hot tub in a separate little shed across the garden. We had gone to Loch Lomond to hike and these installations were so relaxing for our aching bones. The apartment itself was lovely and cosy and our warm-hearted host Eddie kept enquiring whether we needed anything. A plus were the lovely view and Eddie’s sheep and his two cute dogs. Absolutely recommended!
