Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan.

The property was in a very good locations, perfect sea views. The unit was very clean and modern, very tastefully decorated, and everything we needed for our stay. Amazing balcony to view the spectacular Nice sunrises Susana was extremely helpful and a wonderful person, thanks again, Susana!

Offering garden views, Villa le Nid is an accommodation situated in Nice, 2.1 km from Plage du Ruhl and 2.1 km from Plage du Centenaire.

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

Nice Seaview Free Parking 4.Pers, huoneisto Nizzassa

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views.

It was the best choise, we made. Everything was so close. The beach, the bakery, the pharmacy, the shops, the tram/bus, hospital but luckily we dont need that. And you have a free parking space in the parking lot about 50m from you. That was priceless. In Nice the parking spaces and just only moving with cars, its terribble. And at the end, i need to say some word about Mr. Tran, he is a very friendly, very helpful, very profound/ accurate man. At his apartment, we had everything, when i say everything, i mean everything. For example : Water in the fridge, salt, olive oils, cooking dishes, wasching machine, hair dryer, bread baker, water boiler (hot water maker for tea) coffe things, bed sheets, etc. A lot of useful things. The Winnie the Pooh book was a big favorite at our child Oh child bed, child seat for eating. So, i can say 1000 more words. But the bottom lines, its very very RECOMMENDED, when you want to stay in Nice. Thanks!

Everything was perfect! The location is the best! All the rooms are so comfortable! Next to the apartment is a supermarket, and downstairs are boulangeries. Restaurants are close, public transportation is 1 minute or 3 minutes away.. the beach is 7 minutes away (walking). the kitchen has everything you need! so, basically, it was the best for us!

    Pidimme kauniista näköalasta ja sijainnista. Lasitettu terassi oli kiva. Huoneistossa oli riittävä varustus. Huoneisto ja varustus olivat juuri sellaiset kuin esittelyssä kerrottiin. Saimme hyvät ohjeet majoittumiseen.

    Asunto on todella tilava ja viihtyisä. Meitä oli 5 henkilön perhe ja mahduttiin oikein hyvin. Alue on tosi rauhallinen ja uima-allasalue on tosi kiva myös! Asunnolta on helppo liikkua julkisilla Nizzan keskustaan yms.

    Ihanan vastaanottavainen, avulias ja iloinen emäntä vastassa. Opasti selkeästi avainten käytön. Asunto todella siisti! Hyvä ilmastointilaite ja kodinkoneet. Pimennysverhot ♡ Sijainti aivan loistava: ranta, mutta myös keskusta kivenheiton etäisyydellä. Tullaan majoittumaan samassa asunnossa, jos Nizzassa vielä käydään ja asunto on ajankohdalla vapaana :)

    Siisti ja puhdas kuvausta vastaava asunto. Oli pesuaineita, uusia astioita. Loistavat ja edulliset julkisen liikenteen yhteydet. Henkilökunta sydämellisen ystävällistä.Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Hyviä ja edullisia ruokakauppoja pienen kävelymatkan päässä, mm. Lidl. Tilava parveke, näkymä rauhalliselle sisäpihalle, hyvin voi nukkua parvekkeen ovi auki. Parvekkeen ovessa sälekaihtimainen alumiiniverho, jonka voi rullata oven eteen jotta saa asunnon täysin pimeäksi, systeemi myös esti paahdetta tulemasta huoneistoon.

    Asunnon sijainti oli täydellinen - Promenade des Anglais oli aivan muutaman askeleen päässä samoin ihanat ravintolat ja baarit joiden hulina ei kuulunut kuitenkaan asuntoon. Meille asunnon esitellyt Fabrizio otti meidät iloisesti vastaan ja esitteli asunnon perusteellisesti. Muutenkin asunto oli yhtä nätti sekä valoisa kun kuvissa. Neljän hengen tyttöporukka pärjäsi mainiosti asunnossa pidennetyn viikonlopun. Tänne on myös pakko päästä uudestaan!

    Huoneiston sijainti vanhan kaupungin reunalla puistonäkymillä on hieno. Ikkunarivistö tuo valoa ja tunnelmaa. Kaunis huoneisto on uusittu täysin, kaikki sisäpinnat ovat uudet ja paikka todella siisti. Paikan emäntä on ystävällinen, kaikki toimi sovitusti ja aikataulussa.

    Asunnon sijainti oli erittäin hyvä lähellä rantaa ja vanhaa kaupunkin. Oli hiljaista. Asunto oli myös siisti ja siellä oli kaikkea, mitä tarvitsi paitsi vessapaperia, jota ei saanut pyynnöstä huolimatta yhtä rullaa enempää.

    Kaunis ja siisti asunto merenrannalla. Kaunis näköala ja ranta tien toisellapuolella. Ravintolat ja kaupat lähellä. Todella lähellä lentokenttää, juna kulkee asunnon takana joka helpottaa liikkumista. Meitä oli 6 henkilöä, asunnon koko oli meille sopiva. Ilmalämpöpumppu tuo lisämukavuutta.
