Boasting a garden and views of quiet street, VIVARIUM APART HOTEL is a recently renovated aparthotel situated in Asuncion, 7.7 km from General Pablo Rojas Stadium. Very comfortable bed, the room was very clean. The air conditioning works very well. I was able to leave a bag while I went to Ciudad del Este.

Location is unbeatable - in a great (and safe) part of town, yet very quiet, with several good pizza places and cafe/restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Having the pool (literally) outside your door is obviously fantastic! Breakfast included a very wide selection: omelette or scrambled eggs, and the usual selection of toast, ham, cheese, fresh fruit cocktail, croissants and other cakes, and water, juice, tea and coffee. Our room, No. 4, was very large (King bed), comfortable with a great shower, and also had a small kitchenette with a microwave and a mini-bar stocked with beer and water. Although we didn't use them, the hotel had a small bar, a small gym and two beautiful sittings rooms, full of art and the owners antiques and memorabilia, obviously collected over many years.

The garden with a small pool is very cute and the whole complex is very calm. Relaxed and nice place, especially loved cats which I couldn't even count at one point.

Very big and clean room with a fridge, tv and very big mirror. The AC was functioning and I was able to dim the lights in many different ways. On the roof there was a swimming pool and some fitness machines that we could use.
