We loved the location, facilities, rooms - the staff was amazing very helpful reception and cleaning staff - we travelled with a baby and felt that staff accomodates baby needs which was very positive suprise. This 4-star Funchal hotel is situated just 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. It offers 5 swimming pools, 4 restaurants and modern accommodation with kitchenettes and balconies. What is there not to like! Excellent location, very spacious family room. Free parking provided. Swimming pool and facilities are fantastic. Breakfast - huge variety. Super friendly and helpful staff. I’ll be staying here again on my next visit to Madeira.

We got a lovely, spacious seaview room, the beds are extremely comfortable, the garden is beautiful, the breakfast is great and it is until 10:30, treasure on a holiday. The staff was really nice and thoughtful, we were given flowers and bottles of champaign for our anniversary and my husbands birthday, this is really kind. The location of hotel is one of the best and there is free parking which is really convenient. We loved our stay and wouldn’t choose other hotel for next time!
