The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

PIX Apartments ligger i Madalena og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis WiFi, fladskærms-tv og tekøkken. Samtlige ferieboliger har sidde- og spisekrog. Lovely apartment, two bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms, had everything you need. Very good value compared to other accomodation on the island.

Inès and Hugo welcomed us with exceptional hospitality. They paid exemplary attention to our needs through both their actions and the quality of their presence. Disse lejligheder har panoramaudsigt over Atlanterhavet og ligger gemt væk i en rolig bugt. De udgør en god base under opholdet på øen Pico. Ferieboligerne ligger blot 20 m fra havet. Right on the ocean, beautiful space close enough to walk to town and the ferry.
