يقع Vinhas do Calhau في مادالينا في منطقة الأزور، ويبعُد مسافة 15 كم عن مطار بيكو، ويوفر أماكن إقامة مع خدمة الواي فاي المجانية وملعب للأطفال وحديقة ومواقف مجانية خاصة للسيارات. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

Alma do Pico - Nature Residence has an outdoor swimming pool with stunning views over Faial Island and the surroundings. The unit is in Pico Island and has views over the famed Pico Mountain. Inès and Hugo welcomed us with exceptional hospitality. They paid exemplary attention to our needs through both their actions and the quality of their presence. We are grateful for the wonderful moments shared. As a conscious, smiling, and caring couple, we wish you many fantastic experiences ahead.
