Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony or patio with pool views. Very nice stay. I don’t think there was one thing the apartment didn’t have! Hosts were lovely and very helpful indeed. Very close to the beach for nice walk. There isn’t too much in town (if you don’t get your food by 8pm you’re not eating anything) but the apartment had a great BBQ so the best thing to do is bring your food and drink and cook it there. We did that and it was great. Would definitely go back again!

It is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and guests have private entrance to The Lost Spring geothermal pools. Additionally, the property offers discounts at select local restaurants and activities.

Located on the water in Wyuna Bay, the upstairs apartment has stunning views of the waters towards Coromandel Town. Everything we could have needed was there, rain or shine. We got a swim in on the beach in front of the apartment, and the deck was sheltered for evening sits to watch the changing skies.

Guests have access to a private marina and a swimming pool with hot tub. Free WiFi is included. We loved the size of the villa, the decor, the pool and spa as well as the gym and having a car garage was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer and drier was helpful.

Most units have a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. There are free satellite channels, free WiFi and free parking. Some units have a balcony with lake views. Washing powder was available on site. The personal gladly borrowed us a clothing hanger. The room was clean and well equipped. The resort is few steps from the lake and restaurants.

Located alongside the lovely Lake Taupo, Braxmere Lodge offers accommodation with a patio and lake views. Guests can request a BBQ and enjoy access to our boat ramp.

Each air-conditioned apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop. The seating area has a flat-screen TV. Location although I miss the restaurant! That was great set an atmosphere also without it it's boring. The staff were every friendly and accommodating. Lovely!

Oreti Village Resort offers stylish apartments with private balcony, full kitchen and laundry, and views of Lake Taupo and the surrounding mountains. The restaurant features timber floors and open fireplaces. Fantastic view with a great balcony. Plenty of parking, close to Tongariro and hot pools. Lovely staff. Everything you need to cook etc. two bathrooms. Wifi etc. Recommend!

Located directly opposite the harbour and 2 minutes’ walk from Whitianga’s main beach, Esplanade Apartments offers private balconies with views of the swimming pool, marina or ocean.

Esplanade Apartments Whitianga are located 250 metres from the heart of the town centre. The complex features a swimming pool and a spa pool. My partner and I had an absolute blast staying here. The staff were wonderful and very kind and the apartment was lovely, modern and safe. Very central to restaurants, cafes, the beach, all within walking distance.

Situated across the road from Buffalo Beach, Blue Marlin Apartments offers spacious apartments, some with sea views. The property is a 5-minute walk to Whitianga Marina. Free WiFi is provided.

All apartments include a flat-screen TV. Each apartment has a microwave and refrigerator. Stunning location right across from the beach. Host was incredibly friendly and attentive to us. Felt like we were part of the family by the time that we left. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone

Voyager Apartments Taupo is located 50 metres from a safe swimming beach and it is a 10-minute stroll along the lakefront to Taupo town centre. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Lovely spacious apartment that was perfect for our family of four.
