The location is excellent for restaurants and water taxis highly recommend the happy ferry. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room itself was spotless highly recommend.

Lovely massive 2 bedroom apartment. Loved the outlook of the pool and beach. Comfortable beds and furniture, great to have air con too.

Bay of Islands Holiday Apartments are located in Paihia, offering easy access to all of the Bay of Islands charms. It has an outdoor hot tub in a private bush setting. The apartment was so comfortable and well-equipped! It was close to town, across the road from a Countdown and the grounds were beautiful. Loved it!

Offering luxury apartments with balconies and free high-speed Wi-Fi, Blue Pacific Apartments is situated on the waterfront of Te Ti Bay in Paihia. We had an easy check-in. The Two-Bedroom Family Apartment with Two Bathrooms was as advertised and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartment was comfortable and warm. The wonderful views of the water were so relaxing, and it was a treat that there was a balcony on each level. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a quick daily tidy-up. It was very convenient to both the treaty grounds and Paihia. There was so much to do in the area I'd love a return visit and would definitely stay at Blue Pacific Apartments again.

The Waterfront offers modern luxury suites, a short walk from the popular Paihia Wharf and many fine restaurants. These stylish suites include fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies or patios.... Great accommodation, seaview was well worth the extra.

Situated opposite Te Ti Beach, Sea Spray Suites offer luxury accommodation with a private balcony or courtyard. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV (Limited channels... Everything was perfect - staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The heating and lights in my room were already on when I arrived - making it feel very welcoming.
